We in the Kurdistan Center for democracy in the Middle East, present our sincere condolence to the parents and the family of Kawa Germyani.
We strongly condemn the assassination of Kurdish journalist Kawa Germyani, around 9 pm on Thursday, December 5, 2013. in Kurdistan/Iraq.
The Kurdistan Regional Government bear the responsibility of ensuring the security and dignity of all citizens of Kurdistan including the non-partisan journalists. We hope soon the perpetrator will be brought to justice.
