According to Hawlati the editor of Bashur Magazine is imprisoned by Parastin of the KDP in Aqre
Sherwan Sherwani, the editor of Bashur Magazine is detained in the town of Aqre, yesterday the 20th of April 2012. The news reported by Hawlati news paper and KNN. The Magazine is the only one published in Badinan which criticizes the administration of KDP in the controlled region by the the KDP and denounce corruption of the ruling Massoud’s family. Still there is no news of him and the reasons officially admitted by the PARASTIN (Secret police) headed by Masrour, the son of Mr. Massoud, the head of the KRG and of the PDK.
We have witnessed frequent cases of kidnapping and torture by the KDP secret police in recent time. On March 27, Dr. Abdolmosawir Barzani was kidnapped by PARASTIN in Erbil, tortured threatened of death if returned to Badinan. The independent media in Kurdistan and Iraq reported the news.
